These are some of the restaurant we and our friends and guests have enjoyed over the years.

The Restaurant at Leverick Bay

Probably the best restaurant on the island. We have had several meals there over the past year alone and with friends and they have all been excellent, both service and food.  The wine list is extensive. Well worth the drive from Mahoe Bay.

The Sugarcane Restaurant – Nail Bay

If you are looking for a spot for a romantic dinner with a great view and excellent food, this is it. We had not been back here for dinner in a few years and went back on a recommendation of a friend. The food, the service and the ambiance were excellent. First, we shared the fishcake appetizer…perfect, then I had the jerk pork entrée, my wife had the vegetable stir-fry and both excellent, and again we shared the chocolate mousse for desert. The wine list though small, is well thought out, we choose a very nice Chablis. We will be back again.

Mad Dog – Next to the The Top of the Baths

Hog Haven – Past Nail Bay on the way to North Sound

Took two groups of friends up there on separate occasions the last year for the view at sunset and dinner. The place was crowded both times and is turning into one of the Hot Spots at sunset.  They recently added an indoor dining area and expanded the outside deck considerably. The staff as always was accommodating and friendly. On both occasions we grabbed drinks at the bar and went to enjoy the view and setting sun before we sat down for dinner. The food was quite good and the portions large. All and all everyone enjoyed themselves.

CocoMaya – Spanishtown

The setting can’t be beat and this year the food and service is wonderful. Had a great meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a dear friend. This was the best meal here yet. We had a wide variety of the tapas on the menu and everyone was the favorite until the next one arrived. The Chocolate Trio for desert was perfect. Be back again!

Bath & Turtle Restaurant/Che Bamboo – Spanishtown

Watching the Super Bowl at the B&T is an experience. The bar was packed with locals, ex-pats, boat people and tourists. Everyone had a great time. Food and drink flowed and the staff was hopping, including Rose, all night to meet the demand for pizzas and drinks. Definitely the place to be if you are in VG during Super Bowl. But, it is also great fun every Sunday evening listening and dancing to the live entertainment late in the afternoon.
