| Reservations |

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and must be received by our rental management company on Virgin Gorda within 14 days.
AMX, Mastercard and Visa accepted. May we suggest alternate payment by International Money Order / Certified Cheque be sent to the rental management company via Federal Express, as mail service to the BVI can take up to one month.
The full balance would be due 60 days prior to arrival. A 4% service charge is levied for balances being paid by credit card.
Rates include a 19% Government Tax and service charge.
All rates shown are weekly.

Winter rates require a 7 night stay, Summer rates require 5 nights,
and Holiday rates require 10 nights.

| Cancellation Policy |
|
Cancellations occurring:
91 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee
61-90 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee
60 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee.

|
A credit card imprint is required at check-in as Damage Deposit.

| Cleaning |
|
Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure. On each day during your stay, except Sundays and BVI Public Holidays, one of our maids will arrive to provide you with cleaning. The bed sheets are changed 2-3 times per week, and the towels are usually changed daily.
To help conserve water and protect the environment from detergent pollution, we ask guests to re-use towels a second day whenever possible

|
Baby crib $10/per night. Additional persons/children on cots: $50/per night.
There is no personal laundry facility at the villa.
All guests will be met by an agent of Virgin Gorda Villa Rentals at the airport or ferry dock upon arrival.
